This flagship project is the first of many for us, and we are committed to supporting the building of better places and the growth of supportive spaces right across the city-region.

Embassy is a faith based charity in Manchester who are working with incredible partners to create a new community that will provide much needed wrap-around support for vulnerable men experiencing homelessness.

The plan is for 40 brand new contemporary spaces for people previously homeless, establishing a safe, welcoming community. The village, based under the arches in the centre of Manchester will provide residents with a fully supported practice run at renting and managing a home including finances, transitioning people into work and moving them onto the next chapter of their lives.

We have a number of exciting events coming up for companies who wish to help make Embassy Village a reality.

Embassy Village is needed now more than ever. An incredibly tough 18+ months has seen some of society’s most vulnerable under mounting pressure; job losses, furlough ending, the eviction ban - this has all impacted on people’s ability to maintain a safe, secure home.

Added to this a desperate shortage of suitable social housing and lack of dedicated support in the form of resettlement workers, has meant people have literally been left out in the cold.

Our aim for Embassy Village is to see people be able to rent regular accommodation, in stable, fulfilling jobs without a reliance on benefits and with a positive future ahead.

Embassy is truly a lasting legacy as the charity will have ownership of the buildings and a 125-year lease with Peel for the land at a peppercorn rate.

Can your business or company be part of this lasting legacy?

Get in touch today to discuss how you can be part of making Embassy Village a reality.
