January’s challenge is to cover 50 miles!
You can do your 50 miles however you want, break it down into little chunks…
· Walk the dog an average of 2 ½ kilometre’s every day.
· Run 5k 16 times.
· Skip or hop everyday 250 times.
· Swim 3,219 lengths of a 25-meter pool.
· Take 29,333 flights of stairs, that’s a lot of stairs
