No one should be without a home, no one should have to spend a night on the streets. Until we can be sure we have truly eradicated the need for rough sleeping and ensure homelessness is only ever rare, brief and non-recurrent, we will work to amplify the frontline response across Greater Manchester and channel local funds into local need.
