We’re live!

An Evening with Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity at New Century

We are delighted to announce the launch of our inaugural annual charity dinner, An Evening with Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity, at the iconic Manchester venue, New Century. 26th April 2023 is going to be an evening not to miss.

***Tickets available here***

This exciting evening will see live entertainment, great food, and a live Q&A with Mayor Andy Burnham. It’s going to be a great show!

The evening is the latest in a series of events that have raised over £45,000 for Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity. We’ve seen Courteeners’ frontman Liam Fray’s solo charity gig in January and the incredible DJ Battle between our very own Andy Burnham and his Merseyside counterpart, Steve Rotheram. Powered by The Warehouse Project at Mayfield Depot, this night even saw Deputy Labour Leader Angela Rayner MP take to the decks. It was one of a kind!

All proceeds from the evening will go to Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity, supporting both A Bed Every Night – the flagship scheme which aims to provide a bed (and wraparound support) for anyone at risk of rough sleeping in Greater Manchester – and work to stop homelessness before it becomes a reality.

In the coming days and weeks, we will share more about the evening including announcing our wonderful host and details of some of the great live music you’ll get to enjoy. It will be an evening to remember as we bring the business community of our city region together. If you believe homelessness has no place here in Greater Manchester, get your tickets today and you can be part of making that vision a reality.
