Are you ready to challenge yourself this Summer?

Is it time for that annual family holiday or a break in the sun, whatever your holiday plans, I bet there is a pool nearby. This month we challenge you to swim 300 lengths. The average pool length is 25 meters, meaning 300 lengths is 7,500 meters. Does that feel like a challenge to you?

How about if you were on a 2 week holiday and swam every day? You would only need to swim on average 21 ½ lengths each day. Now that isn’t such a challenge, or is it?

The main challenge is to raise funds, remember that for every £30 you raise, you cover the cost of a night’s accommodation in the pioneering scheme, A Bed Every Night. Isn’t that a worthwhile challenge?
